Back at the gym for the first time in four days since being hospitalized. Reflecting on the days I spent four hours there, I kept it to 1.5 hours. The usual green curry is as great as ever even the third time. Learning to hold back is also a worthy kind of growth.

First gym since being hospitalized. The courage to limit it to 1.5 hours.

I woke up at 12 again today. I started working inside the hotel. It was cleaning day, and the cleaning lady cleaned my room nicely. I'm really grateful.

First gym in four days.

Heading to the gym after a while. First time in four days. I was a little scared. I've experienced overdoing it, getting a fever, and even being hospitalized, so I can't stay for four hours like I used to. Today I decided to keep it to 1.5 hours.

Back, shoulders, chest, and abs training. It was pretty tough, but that toughness still feels good. I felt like I had less adrenaline than before, but consistency is the most important thing. Just being able to keep at it is enough, I think.

Green curry, third time.

After the gym I had my usual restaurant's green Thai curry. Today's my third time. It's so delicious I've been going every day. I almost think it's the best in Chiang Mai. And it costs 60 baht. That's basically cheating.

I went back to the hotel and worked, and I also caught up on the laundry. I bought the e-book "The Diary of CEO" and started reading right away. At night I edited TikTok videos. Good job today.
