I woke up at 9 a.m. I went to bed at 2 a.m., so I thought I could sleep longer, but when you have a fever you really can't. I got up to use the bathroom, took a paracetamol, and crawled back into bed. Don’t forget the Pocari Sweat.
When I opened my eyes again, it was 4 p.m.
Khao man gai and a convenience-store salad

I ordered Khao man gai for delivery, then went to the convenience store to buy a salad, a banana, and a Pocari Sweat. I went back to the hotel and ate them. Then I wrote in my diary and listened to music.
When you're really sick, you just don't feel like doing anything. It's kind of genuinely sad. But I also think that it's precisely at times like this that you have a good opportunity to reassess yourself. The things you've lost sight of, or important things you hadn't noticed, seem to surface quietly at times like this. So I want to cherish this chance and make the most of it.
Loneliness, and yet the fact that I'm still traveling
Still, it's kind of sad that when you're sick there's nobody to take care of you. I feel lonely. But I'm traveling, so that's to be expected.
I got through a little of the remaining work and called it a day. I want to get better soon.
How precious it is to be healthy
Getting sick makes you realize anew how amazing it is that we can usually be "healthy." We should appreciate that more. Nothing is sadder than illness. I felt from the bottom of my heart that being healthy is truly life's treasure and something precious.
Could the cause actually be a side effect of the dengue vaccine?
I asked ChatGPT about my symptoms, and it suggested this might be an "adverse reaction." I received the dengue vaccine QDENGA about a week ago, and muscle aches and fever can be side effects.
Indeed, my throat doesn't hurt, my stomach is fine, I don't have a runny nose, and I have an appetite. Just muscle aches, fever, and chills. Thinking this must be a side effect of the dengue vaccine, I felt a little relieved.
So anyway, I was dancing in my hotel room while listening to music.
